By subscribing to or using The Daily Dose ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and Premium subscribers.
The Daily Dose is an AI-assisted personalized email newsletter that delivers daily morning briefings curated from public RSS feeds and news sources. Content is selected and summarized using AI tools and is provided for informational purposes only.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By subscribing, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Free Plan: Subscribers receive a daily edition covering one topic of their choice at no charge.
Premium Plan: Premium subscribers receive all topics, weekend deep-dive editions, and additional features for a monthly subscription fee. The current founding-member price of $0.99 USD/month is locked in for subscribers who sign up before the founding-member pricing period ends. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Your locked-in rate will not increase as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.
Billing is processed monthly by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through Stripe's billing portal or by contacting us at hello@dailydose.email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
You may unsubscribe entirely (free or premium) at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, which deletes your account immediately.
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reproduce or redistribute newsletter content commercially without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Harvest or scrape subscriber data.
• Submit false or misleading information.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Daily Dose curates content from third-party public sources. We do not author, endorse, or verify the accuracy of third-party content. Nothing in the newsletter constitutes financial, investment, medical, legal, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information in the newsletter.
Article links direct to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites.
The Daily Dose brand, logo, website design, and original editorial content are owned by us and protected by copyright. Article summaries generated by our AI system are derived from publicly available third-party sources. Original source material remains the property of its respective owners.
You may share individual newsletter excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution to The Daily Dose.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Daily Dose and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
By subscribing, Canadian users provide express consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) to receive commercial electronic messages from The Daily Dose. You may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or in small claims court if eligible. You waive the right to participate in class-action proceedings.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
